Where can a kid learn to swing a rope, hold a baby chick, milk a goat and learn to ride a horse? . . . Ag Adventure Camp, of course!
Kids ages 7-11 years can become Cowboys and Cowgirls as they work with horses, cattle, chickens, goats, dogs and a variety of other animals. Hands-on activities teach the kids about animals and other Agricultural activities at the Ag Adventure Day Camp, put on by Apela Foundation at the beautiful Teixeira Thousand Hills Ranch on Thousand Hills Road in Pismo Beach.
The Girl’s Week is June 15th to 18th The Boy’s Week is June 22nd to June 25th
Camp runs Monday-Thursday beginning at 9:00am and ending at 4:00 pm each day. Campers will bring their own lunches. Each day will have a different animal theme: horses, cattle, goats, dogs, etc. Cowboys and Cowgirls will enjoy getting up on a horse to ride each day of camp. Come join the fun!
