Neigh, neigh . . . moo, moo . . . baa, baa . . . oink, oink . . . What animals make those sounds? Where can they be heard, seen, touched and experienced in one week in SLO County? Ag Adventure Camp!
Kids ages 7-11 years can hear these sounds, work with these animals and learn about them and other Agricultural activities at Ag Adventure Day Camp put on by Apela Foundation at the Teixeira Thousand Hills Ranch on Thousand Hills Road in Pismo Beach.
The Girls camp week runs June 16–19 and the Boys camp week runs June 23-26.
Camp starts at 9:00 each day and ends at 4:00. Campers will bring their own lunches. Each day will have a different animal theme: horses, cattle, goats or pigs and others. Campers will be able to learn more about riding horses each day.
